Construction Contract Terms
Scope of Work:- Each construction contract clearly defines the project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and responsibilities of all contractual parties. Any change or variation to the agreed scope must follow a formal change management process and shall be implemented only after written approval.
Contractual Obligations:- All parties are required to comply with approved drawings, specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements. Adherence to project schedules, professional conduct, ethical practices, and a duty of care is mandatory throughout the contract duration.
Payment & Commercial Terms:- Commercial terms include the contract price, interim payment mechanisms, final settlement, retention amounts, advance payments, and performance guarantees. All applicable taxes, duties, and statutory deductions shall be applied in accordance with prevailing laws.
Risk Allocation:- Contracts define the allocation of risks related to force majeure events, project delays, and extensions of time. Provisions for liquidated damages or penalties shall apply where contractual obligations are not met.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):- All parties must comply with site safety regulations and environmental protection requirements. JG Builder maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward unsafe practices or violations of health, safety, and environmental laws.
Termination & Dispute Resolution:- Contracts specify the grounds for suspension or termination, governing law, and jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or legal proceedings as defined in the agreement.
International Company Operational Terms
Regulatory Compliance:- The company adheres to local labor laws, employment regulations, construction permits, licensing requirements, statutory approvals, and maintains strict compliance with anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and fair-trade laws.
Cross-Border Operations:- JG Builder ensures compliance with international taxation laws, transfer pricing regulations, foreign exchange controls, remittance requirements, and immigration laws. All international employees and consultants must possess valid work permits, visas, and regulatory approvals.
Data Protection & Confidentiality:- The company is committed to protecting personal, commercial, and technical information and ensures confidential handling of all data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Intellectual Property:- All designs, documents, systems, and proprietary materials developed or used during operations remain the intellectual property of JG Builder and must not be used, copied, or disclosed without prior written authorization.
Job Application Terms
Application Process:- Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including required certifications. Submission of an application does not create an obligation of employment until a formal written offer is issued and accepted. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel recruitment processes at its discretion.
Skill Certification Compliance Requirements:- Certain international-standard and Indian government projects may require personnel to hold advanced skill development certifications to meet eligibility and compliance criteria. JG Builder may request and verify such certifications to ensure alignment with applicable technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Document Verification Terms
Documents Subject to Verification:- Verification may include identity and address proof, educational and professional certificates, employment history, experience letters, and background checks where legally permitted.
Verification Rights:- The company reserves the right to verify submitted documents with issuing authorities and to reject applications where false, misleading, or incomplete information is identified.
Additional Regulatory Document Verification:- For certain government or international-standard projects, an additional level of document verification may be conducted by MOUHA (Ministry of Urban Housing Affairs) prior to project allocation. This verification process is undertaken to ensure compliance with statutory, technical, and eligibility requirements as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
Data Handling:- All verification documents are securely stored, accessed only by authorized personnel, and retained or deleted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Existing Employee – (FNF) Settlement Terms
Eligibility & Process:- Employees must submit formal resignation or termination notices, complete handover and clearance procedures, and return all company assets and confidential materials prior to settlement.
Settlement Components:- Full and final settlement may include outstanding salary, allowances, leave encashment (where applicable), statutory dues and deductions, and incentives or bonuses as per company policy.
Timelines:- FNF settlements are processed within legally prescribed timelines or company-defined timeframes, subject to completion of all clearance requirements.
Post-Employment Obligations:- Employees remain bound by confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and conflict-of-interest obligations where applicable, even after separation from the company.
