Creek Horizon is a prestigious multi-building residential complex developed by Emaar Properties and located on Creek Island within the master-planned Dubai Creek Harbour development in Dubai, UAE.

  • Twin Towers: The complex consists of two sleek, modern residential towers, reaching approximately 39 and 43 storeys (or 34 and 40 storeys, depending on the source).

  • Residential Units: It comprises over 500 contemporary residences, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, luxurious penthouses, and an assortment of exclusive townhouses situated on the podium level that connects the towers.

  • Prime Location and Views: Centrally positioned adjacent to the Island District's central park, the towers offer a sought-after 'island-style' living experience. Residents enjoy remarkable, panoramic vistas that often include:

    • The sparkling Dubai Creek Harbour Marina and waterfront.

    • The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary (known for its flamingos).

    • The stunning Downtown Dubai skyline, perfectly framing the Burj Khalifa.

Scope of Involvement for JG Building Group

JG Building Group delivered comprehensive construction and structural works for the Dubai Creek Horizon Towers, a landmark high-rise development comprising luxury residential and mixed-use towers along the iconic Dubai Creek waterfront.

Key Scope Areas:

  • High-Rise Structural Construction:
    Execution of reinforced concrete superstructures, shear walls, core systems, and post-tensioned slabs for twin high-rise towers.

  • Foundation & Substructure Works:
    Construction of deep pile foundations, raft slabs, basement levels, and retaining structures designed for waterfront geotechnical conditions.

  • Architectural & Core Shell Works:
    Delivery of core-and-shell construction, façade support systems, podium structures, and architectural concrete works.

  • MEP & Vertical Transportation Interface:
    Civil coordination for electrical rooms, HVAC shafts, fire protection systems, and high-speed elevator cores.

  • Podium & Mixed-Use Facilities:
    Construction of podium levels accommodating retail spaces, parking areas, recreational facilities, and common amenities.

  • External Works & Landscaping:
    Development of access roads, drop-off zones, pedestrian walkways, hardscape features, and waterfront landscaping.

  • Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance:
    Strict adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, high-rise safety standards, and international quality benchmarks.

  • Sustainability & Construction Excellence:
    Implementation of sustainable construction practices, material efficiency measures, and waste minimization strategies.
