Project Description

The Surat Diamond Corridor Industrial Hub is a mega industrial development project aimed at consolidating diamond processing, trading, and export activities within a modern, well-planned infrastructure corridor. The project integrates industrial units, commercial spaces, logistics facilities, and supporting urban infrastructure to create a world-class diamond manufacturing and export destination.

The development required large-scale civil works, high-quality industrial construction, and integrated infrastructure planning to support precision manufacturing, security requirements, and high-volume logistics operations. JG Building Group played a key role in executing major civil and infrastructure components essential to the successful development of the corridor.

Scope of Involvement for JG Building Group

JG Building Group was entrusted with delivering comprehensive civil, structural, and infrastructure works for the Surat Diamond Corridor Industrial Hub, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with industrial development standards.

• Construction of industrial buildings, manufacturing units, processing halls, and commercial facilities designed for diamond cutting, polishing, and trading operations.

• Execution of reinforced concrete and structural works for large-span industrial spaces and multi-level commercial blocks.

• Development of internal road networks, logistics corridors, loading bays, and heavy-duty pavements to support high-volume goods movement.

• Installation of underground utilities including power distribution networks, water supply systems, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and communication ducts.
